Just wondered how many people here love tattoos. I like them and think they're quite addictive. I have 2 small ones and am saving up some money to get another one done in a couple of months, one of my most favorite manga/ anime characters...Devilman.
I'm slightly interested in getting a tattoo, but a few people I know will surely object If I am to get one, it'll be a barcode tattoo on my left arm and a large tiger tattoo covering my right shoulder. The barcode is just an irony while the tiger is to complement my pop's badass dragon tattoo on his left shoulder.

I really like tattoos but, like Neo games, sometimes it's hard to justify the expense... I'd like my left arm to have very little space left, and one day it will be sol. Currently I have 4... The Joker on my left arm, my initials on my spine, a tiny dot on my thumb and Shiny written on my neck. I have plans for a Lawrence Arms logo, a wee SD pic of Haohmaru and the "head in a pot" strip from the promo stuff for Cave's Guwange. But it's all money...

Tattoo's are too painful and ruin your body. My sister has a shit ton of tattoo's all over her body and she looks terrible. Thankfully she wears a respectable amount of clothing.

I'd love to have a tattoo that had something to do with a video game, preferably not an immensely popular game at that. It'd also not have to be obvious that it's from a game unless you're a fan. Something like an enemy corporation's logo or something.

I don't really like tattoos on the skin. They say it is not healthy. I prefer tattoos on a shirt. How about a tattoo of a red and white striped heart with Mai Shiranui in it? I don't know of anyone with a barcode tattoo except for the fictional character "Hitman".

When I was younger I thought it would be funny if I had 'Made in Hong Kong' tatooed on the sole of my foot, along with a fake plastic seam. I'm really glad I didn't get that done now. Anyhow it would probably be 'Made in China' these days

I don't know about the whole strip (funny as hell), but the head in a pot would make a great tattoo on it's own...awesome idea!!!

My controversial idea for today : I always liked the idea of tattoing prisoner's crimes on their forehead. e.g. 'Rapist', 'Murderer'. This sounds a bit harsh now though. Maybe only for repeat offenders. At least it would no longer be cool to be a gangsta. gangsta's who shoot people should get 'paedophile' tattoed on their forehead - because that in NO way is cool, anything else could be a badge of honour.

Finally, after waiting a long time, I got my new tattoo yesterday. It's a picture from the Neo Devilman Manga...it's still in Cling Foil, but you get the picture (added the original drawing to the picture).

I'm a huge fan since I've seen the first two OVAs around 1995 and I've been collecting Devilman stuff for years now (a huge amount of toys, Videos, DVDs and a lot of Manga and artbooks). Was looking for a decent picture for some years and finally found one in the Neo Devilman Manga, so I decided to finally go for it.
