I am trying to remember the name of a retro NEO GEO arcade co-op side scroll er.
There were 2 protagonists, one was an elf that used a hand gun that fired arrows (i think he was called 'lou'?), the other was his elf mate who had a sword (i think he was called 'Shiva'?)and together they fought off loads of goblins etc.

It's Midnight Wanderers, part of the Three Wonders game for Capcoms CPS1 system. It has been ported to a few other systems and I think is part of a Capcom Classics Collection. Does the vid below look like the game you mean?
