*EDIT* something I am concerned about is the backgrounds. I don't think we have seen them all yet, but there are a lot of arena-style ones - where there's just a crowd in the background, and even they are quite far back. I always love the busy and detailed backgrounds in SNK games. I haven't seen any like where you fight on a train or a boat either. I do like the street ones though for KOF XII that I have seen so far. In the past even with the Neo Geo you were fairly limited with what you could acheive in the background - often simple animation loops. With the technology available now I am expecting great detail and variation!

About half way down the page there's a video from the tournament helf at AOU last weekend. It takes a while to load (or at least it did for me) but you should definitely check out the finish of the last match. The site also updated something on the characters page... not entirely sure what but I'm thinking that the highlighted characters have new profiles written up for them. Of course, it's all in Japanese.
There's also an event taking place this weekend so I'm sure there will be more pics and videos at the beginning of next week.

I can't help but notice in that vid that despite all the technical feats that Playmore have accomplished in making this game, the gameplay looks lackluster. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be so.

I've seen commercials for multiplatform games before that only had the Playstation logo at the end, so I'm not too worried yet. However if it was a conscience decision on Ignition's part not to make a 360 port... well I'd expect that to change well before release. I will not buy a PS3 for this game, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
Then there's the possibility that Sony may have paid for it to be exclusive. Seems unlikely, but you never know.
