I've seen a vid and you can pick Japanese or English voices. I thought the English voices were crap too.

I'm not sure when this happened, but www.kingoffighter... is open. It's an English website that's very graphically intensive. There's a cool KoF timeline, movies, wallpapers, character bios, etc. Interestingly, Mature and Elisabeth are missing from the characters section.
